Michael DiBerardinis, Managing Director for the City of Philadelphia

• "Mike D" as he is known, is an exceptional speaker and will talk about what quality services to Philadelphia citizens means and the Managing Director's role in Philly government, and the Kenney administration's plans and values.  As managing director, DiBerardinis oversees operations of a myriad of city departments.

• He was Philadelphia's Parks and Recreation czar, a longtime cabinet appointee to two mayors, Deputy Mayor in the Nutter Administration, and Deputy Mayor for Environmental and Community Resources.
